Recipe: Carrot and Broccoli Pasta Sauce with hidden herbs and nuts
Kids love to eat pasta. This carrot pasta sauce with broccoli in recipe helps to add nutrition to their favourite foods in a convenient way. Ingredients:
- 1 large carrot puree
- 1 cup broccoli puree
- Small onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Iyurved’s 7 nuts and 5 herbs Savoury spread (order here)
- Regular pasta sauce
- any other veggies
- Pasta (I chose spinach pasta)
- 1 tbsp Ghee/ oil
- Salt, pepper, oregano
