Ingredients:
- 4 small radish
- 2 cups Jowar/ sorghum or wholewheat flour (or as much required to make super soft dough)
- Salt (as per taste)
- 4 tbsp Iyurved’s Weight Savoury spread (order)
- Paneer or firm tofu (mixed with spices of choice)
Keep dough very soft to be able to fill the stuffing. You can serve plain Paneer paratha or with yogurt or any curry.
