Puree 4 small radish with few spoons of water
Mix with flour and salt.

Make very soft dough
Take a ball of dough
Scramble Paneer or firm tofu. Add spices of choice and salt.

  • 4 small radish
  • 2 cups Jowar/ sorghum or wholewheat flour (or as much required to make super soft dough)
  • Salt (as per taste)

  • Paneer or firm tofu (mixed with spices of choice)

Keep dough very soft to be able to fill the stuffing. You can serve plain Paneer paratha or with yogurt or any curry.
