Apart from its use in baking, baking soda acts as an excellent home remedy for blackheads. It has antibacterial properties. In addition, it is a great exfoliator and balances skin pH too.
Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 2 tablespoons of water. To it add a few drops of lemon. Make a paste. Apply to the affected areas. Scrub and rest for 15-20 minutes and wash with lukewarm water. If this suits you, use it every day for better results.
Antioxidant properties of green tea are well known. Besides, it helps in removing excel oil, impurities from the skin and unclog the pores.

Cinnamon and lemon:
Great remedy for blackheads out there. Cinnamon improves the blood circulation and helps in tightening the pores. Lemon on the other hand, is rich in vitamin C and is responsible for fighting blackheads by reducing the oil content.
Mix 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Make a smooth paste. Rest it for 15-20 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water. Use honey to moisturize after. Use this on alternative days for better results.
