Ingredients & Procedure:
- Wash and soak kidney beans, chickpeas, black-eyed bean or any other beans (rajma, chola, lobia) overnight in little water as required.
- Pressure cook them till soft in least water (retain water).
- Mash them in grinder using their own water (as little as possible) with 1 pod of ginger and garlic
- Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, cumin powder, salt, or any other seasoning you desire.
