Recipe of Moong dal cheela/pancake with hidden herbs and nuts

- 2 Cups moong dal/mung bean
- 1 Capsicum
- Small Onion
- Small tomato
- Grated ginger
- Chilies (Optional)
- half cup curd
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Iyurved Savoury Spread (order here)
Soak moong dal overnight and grind it to make paste. Add curd, chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, ginger and chilies(optional). Put salt, Iyurved savoury spread (order here) and mix well. Pour the batter on hot pan and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame. Drop oil on edges and flip it to cook on other side till it turn golden. Healthy moong dal cheela is ready to serve.
