- 4 Multigrain bread
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- Grated ginger
- handful of peanuts (optional)
- Curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp Iyurved Weight Savoury spread (order here)
Cut bread into small pieces. Heat oil in skillet. Put mustard seeds, grated ginger, Curry leaves, onion and turmeric. Sauté them well and add peanuts (optional). Cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
