Roast 2 cups Ragi (finger millet)in 1 tsp ghee (clarified butter)
Roast nuts (pine nus, almond, cashew
Add any nut spread or Iyurved Daily Nutrition 7 nuts and 5 herbs spread (order here) and cardamom powder to roasted flour
Heat ½ cup Jaggery with ½ cup water
