  • 1cup sabudana
  • 2 boiled potato
  • Grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
  • Handful of coriander
  • Green chilies (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp Iyurved savoury spread (order here)

Soak sabudana for 20 minutes and then rinse the water. Keep it aside for 1 hour. Put boiled potato, ginger, crushed peanuts, coriander, chilies, salt and Iyurved savoury spread (order here). Mix well the ingredients. Make small balls and flatten them in patties shape. keep some in balls shape. You can deep fry the flatten ones and can cook the balls in appam maker with less oil. Healthy, crispy and tasty sabudana vadas are ready to serve with peanut chutney.
