Recipe of Quinoa Corn and Peas Poha with hidden nuts and herbs

Ingredients & Procedure:
- 1 cup quinoa, washed, soaked 1 hour
- Ghee or oil
- Curry leaves
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 small chopped onion
- ½ cup peas
- ½ cup corn
- 1 pod garlic shopped
- salt and pepper
- Heat oil in pan
- Add curry leave, and seeds, let splutter
- Add onion, garlic, saute
- Add peas, corn, sauté’
- Add quinoa
- Add1/4 cup water
- Add salt and pepper
- Cover and cook or pressure cook till 1 whistle
