Grind banana stem and sprouted broad bean to make paste. Take wheat flour and sorghum flour in bowl. Put the paste, carom seeds and salt in it. Add Iyurved’s savoury spread (order here) and mix well to make soft dough. Take a small ball and roll the paratha evenly. Put on tawa/skillet. Cook for sometime and flip over. cook on both sides till it turns golden. Tasty nutritious banana stem paratha is ready to serve. Great for digestion.
