Let us see how to do this interesting exercise to increase the sitting tolerance and concentration of your child.

Hunt The Rabbit

How to perform hunt the rabbit:
  1. Find a place to make the child sit comfortably without distractions.
  2. Now, instruct the child to raise both palms to the height of their face. Palms facing towards the child.
  3. Tell them to make fists with both hands.
  4. Now make a rabbit (V-shaped) by sticking out index and middle finger out of one fist.
  5. And make a gun to hunt the rabbit by taking out the thumb and pointing the index finger towards the above rabbit.
  6. Tell the child to focus and keep interchanging the rabbit and gun between both hands.
  7. Let them continue for a minute and then slowly increase the duration as they become fast with practice.
  8. Do it two-three times a day, for maximum benefit.
