Ingredients
  • 3 Boiled potato
  • 1 Big beetroot
  • 100gm Paneer/cottage cheese
  • Grated ginger
  • Green chilies (optional)
  • 1/2 tbsp Chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Ragi flour
  • 2 tbsp Iyurved Savoury spread (order here)
  • 4 tbsp Daily Nutrition Veggies & Dal Powder

Procedure:

Rinse released water from chopped beetroot. Mash potatoes and paneer. Add chopped beetroot, grated ginger, chilies (optional) chaat masala and salt. Put 2 tbsp Iyurved’s savoury spread (order here), 4 tbsp Daily Nutrition Veggies & Dal Powder (order here) and mix all the ingredients well. Make small balls and then flatten them. You can put soaked poha/ beaten rice in it to get the patties bind firmly or can pat in ragi flour. Grease the grill pan and place the patties into it. Shallow fry on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Flip to fry on both sides until the base turn firm, golden and crispy. Patties are ready to serve as snacks or as burger patties.

Ingrigents
  • 1cup Samai rice/little millet
  • 1/4 cup boiled corn
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 small capsicum
  • Grated ginger
  • Handful of peanut (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Iyurved’s Savoury spread(order here)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
Procedure

Soak Samai rice/Little millet for 30 minutes. Heat the oil in pan, put grated ginger and cumin seeds. Add chopped capsicum carrot, boiled corns and Iyurved savoury spread (order here). Sauté for a minute. Remove the water and add samai rice. Add salt to taste and mix well. Put 1/4 cup water and cover it to cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add dry roasted peanuts (optional). Healthy samai poha /little millet meal is ready to eat. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Ingredients
  • Small bottle gourd
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Big tomato’s puree
  • Small piece cinnamon, bay leaf and a clove
  • Grated fresh ginger garlic
  • Single pinch turmeric
  • 2-3 tbsp Gram flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1tbsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Iyurved Savoury Spread (order here)
Procedure:

Grate the bottle gourd, add pinch of turmeric and 1 teaspoon salt. Make fritters. Heat oil, Put clove, cinnamon, bay leaf, grated ginger garlic in it. Add onions and sauté till turn golden brown. Put garam masala, tomato puree, salt and iyurved’s savoury spread (order here). Add water and let it cook for 5-8 minutes on sim flame. Add fritters and garnish with coriander leaves.

Dry roast sesame seeds
Grind in mixer

  • 250gm Sesame seeds
  • 250 gm Jaggery powder

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Ragi flour
  • Medium size Onion
  • Small size Tomato
  • Half Capsicum
  • Grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp Iyurved’s 5 Herbs and 7 Nuts Savoury Spread (order here)
  • chilies (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Oil/ Ghee

Procedure

Take ragi flour. Put chopped onion, tomato , capsicum and grated ginger. Add Iyurved’s 5 herbs and 7 nuts savoury spread. (order here) Add salt to taste. Put water slowly and mix to make a thick spreadable paste. Now pour the batter on medium heated skillet ( check by sprinkling some drops of water on it. Water should sizzle right away) and spread evenly ( like dosa). Gently spread oil to the edges. wait for 30-50 seconds and flip the cheela. Press the cheela all around to ensure even cooking. Repeat this process twice or thrice on both side. Ragi cheela is ready to serve with coriander or coconut chutney.

Cheese paratha recipe by Iyurved
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 cup Jowar/ Sorghum flour
  • Small size Beetroot
  • Small size Capsicum
  • Medium size Carrot
  • 1 1/2 Cup Diced/ Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 spoon Iyurved Daily nutrition savoury spread (order here)
  • 1 tbsp Iyurved Daily nutrition veggies and dal powder (order here)
  • 1/2 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 6 tbsp Oil
Procedure

Take wheat and jowar flour, 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp oil. Add water slowly and knead to make a soft dough. Divide into equal balls. Take chopped veggies, cheese in a bowl. Add salt, oregano and Iyurved’s daily nutrition savoury spread (order here) and Iyurved Daily nutrition veggies and dal powder (order here). Mix well to make a filling. Take a ball, roll it out lightly. Place the filling and seal it on top. roll the paratha evenly. Put it on tawa , cook for few seconds. Oat chocolate bar - recipe oat
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup whole oats
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup melon seeds
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Iyurved Chocolate spread (order here)
Procedure
  • Take a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients well.
  • Add milk just as little to make this mixture stick together.
  • Add Iyurved Chocolate spread (order here). Check sweetness and add honey, if required.
  • Transfer to a lined baking pan. Pat hard to make it settle in the pan.
  • Preheat oven for 5 min at 200 Celsius. Bake for 18-20 min in the middle rack.
  • Take out and leave to cool.
  • Cut in any shape and store in the refrigerator.
  • Feel free to add any nut or berries to the mix.

Ingredients
  • 4-5 lizzat papad
  • Medium size onion
  • Small tomato
  • Medium size capsicum
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Iyurved’s 5 herbs and 7 nuts Savoury spread (order here)
Procedure

Cut papad into stripes. Boil water with half teaspoon oil. Put papad stripe into water and boil on low flame for 5 minutes. Strain the papad stripe and keep it aside. Heat oil in pan. Put grated ginger garlic, finely chopped onion, capsicum and sauté till onion become translucent. Add tomato, salt, Schezwan sauce and Iyurved’s 5 herbs and 7 nuts Savoury spread (order here). Sauté 4-5 times and switch off the gas flame. Put boiled papad stripes, mix well and cover the dish for 2 minutes. Healthy papad pasta is ready to serve.
