- 1 cup quinoa and oats flour/ powder
- ⅓ cup milk/ nut milk
- pinch salt
- pinch cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp Iyurved’s 5 herbs and 7 nuts savoury spread (order here)
- 1 egg or Flax-egg (1 tbsp flaxseed mixed with 6 tbsp warm water)
