  • ¼ baking powder
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp ghee or unsalted butter or oil of choice
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery powder
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ¼ tsp vanila essense (optional)
  • 2 handful melon seeds
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Iyurved’s daily nutrition chocolate spread (order here)
  • 1 tbsp Iyurved Digest veggies and dal powder (order here)
  • Salt to taste

PROCEDURE

Mix all the ingredients well. Preheat oven for 5 min at 200 celsius. Pour the batter in a baking pan and bake for 20-25 min. Once done, let it cool. Spread melted Iyurved’s daily nutrition chocolate spread (order here) on top. Refrigerate for some time for the chocolate to harden a bit. Serve!!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour, Semolina, Oats
  • 1/4 cup Melon seeds, Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Raisins or Dried berries
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 3 tbsp Iyurved’s daily nutrition chocolate spread (order here)
  • Salt to taste

PROCEDURE

Mix all the ingredients to make a firm dough. Refrigerate for a few hours till it hardens. Remove from the refrigerator and break the crumbs. Add Iyurved’s daily nutrition chocolate spread (order here). Spread on baking sheet. Preheat over for 5 min at 200 celsius. Bake for 10-12 minutes till slightly brown. Leave to cool to become crispy. Serve directly or with milk or yogurt. Super Tasty!!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups Khandsari
  • 1/4th cup Oil/Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 cup Milk/Nut milk
  • 2 tbsp Iyurved Daily Nutrition Savoury Spread (order here)
Procedure

Take Wheat flour and Khandsari in a bowl. Put Pumpkin puree in it. Add oil and vanilla essence. Add Iyurved’s Daily Nutrition Savoury Spread (order here). Put Baking Soda and mix all ingredients well. Add milk slowly to make thick batter. Pour the batter into paper lined bread mould or into greased bread mould. Preheat the OTG for 10 minutes at 200 degrees celsius. Place the tray inside the oven and cook for 40-45 minutes. Nutritious and yummy Pumpkin Bread Cake is ready!!!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Ragi flour
  • 1/3 cup Milk/ Nut milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Iyurved Daily Nutrition Chocolate spread (order here)
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Salt to taste

PROCEDURE

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Slowly add milk and butter to the dry ingredients and gently mix to make a dough.
  • Line the butter paper, place a piece of dough in between and roll the dough.
  • Now, cut it to desired shapes of dipsticks. Preheat oven at 180 Celsius for 5 minutes and bake the Ragi dipsticks for 20-25 minutes. Ingredients
  • 4 big cabbage leaves
  • Small piece of paneer
  • Small carrot
  • Onion
  • Cucumber
  • Capsicum
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Iyurved Daily Nutrition Savoury Spread (order here)

Procedure

Take water in a tumbler with pinch of salt. As it starts boiling, put cabbage leaves in it and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Keep aside. Take paneer in a bowl and mash it. Add chopped onion, carrot, cucumber and capsicum in it. Put salt and Iyurved’s Daily nutrition Savoury Spread (order here). Mix well and place 1 tbsp of this mixture inside cabbage leaves. Roll the leaves and pack the stuffing evenly. Hot the greased grill pan and place rolls carefully. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame till it turn golden. Serve with chutney!!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Makhana
  • 1/2 cup jaggery powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Saunth/ dry ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoon oil/ ghee
  • 1 tbsp iyurved’s daily nutrition savoury spread (order here)
Procedure

Put 1/2 tbsp ghee/oil in a skillet. Add makhana and roast on low flame till turn crispy. keep aside. Take 1/2 tbsp ghee/oil in skillet and put jaggery. Stir for 3-4 minutes till it melts properly. Put black pepper, saunth powder and sesame seeds. Add Iyurved’s daily nutrition Savoury spread (order here). Mix well. Add makhanas and keep mixing so that every makhana get covered with the caramel. Take them out in a plate. After 1 minute, with a help of spoon separate each makhanas as they get stick to each other inside caramel. Caramelized makhana are ready!!!
